Blake has a rich, diversified financial history spanning over 25 years. Blake has served in numerous roles including investigation, lending and real estate management in the banking industry. While Blake’s experience includes a wide variety of industries, his primary areas of expertise are in maximizing asset recoveries and real estate.
Rob Tramantano
GN Realty Advisor’s, Rob Tramantano is a licensed NC Real Estate Broker as well as a Board Member of the Carolinas Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Prior to joining the firm, Rob worked for over 18 years at one of the premier real estate and M&A firms in the country providing brokerage and advisory services with a primary focus in bankruptcy and restructuring situations. Throughout that span, Rob led and supported multiple engagement teams on a wide range of multi-million-dollar transactions while honing his skills as a negotiator and relationship builder.
